The third day was much like any other in Mexico - wake up, have breakfast, go swimming, have a drink by the pool, go swimming again, have lunch, take a nap, go swimming, have another drink, swim some more, get ready for dinner, have dinner, go to bed.
By far, I think this was Isabelle's worst day but if you're not feeling well, you might as well be somewhere warm & sunny. She just spent more of the day by the side of the pool than normal.
Tuesday night was the first of our two "bookings" at the a la carte restaurants. This one was at the restaurant on the water and we booked it for 6pm so we would be there for sunset. It was a wonderful seafood dinner and the kids both did much better than the same meal last year. (A definite advantage of having little ones just a bit older).
The resort is 90% Mexican locals on Friday through Monday so by Tuesday, the pool was quiet and things had calmed down a bit.
